Consumer Contacts was formed as with most marketing list suppliers are offline, Consumer Contacts aimed to revolutionize the industry through evolving into an online company.
They required to be provided a one-stop, online solution for the supply of mail marketing & telephone marketing lists. In conjunction with e-commerce developers, database & data company specialists, Consumer Contacts is benefiting the entire marketing industry including any business or consumer with marketing needs.
CTI was brought in to provide the expertise and skills to work with Consumer Contacts and a solution from the ground up needed to be designed to solve the problem.
One of the main problems that required handling was the large volume of marketing data needed to drive the online site. With 20 million unique UK names & addresses available in the UK each with individual characteristics and additional information makes the database incredibly large and difficult to work with. The solution implemented to optimize the interrogation on the database system so that queries on the system can be returned quickly and effectively with thorough testing to ensure the correct results are sent to the user with the right profiling on each user.
Consumer Contacts, is a company that now wanted to operate with customers all over the world at any time, in any time zone so the site has to operate 24/7 with no downtime which had to be built into the system.
The online site has been designed to attract any level of user, big or small by de-jargoning the industry and simplifying the steps to building a marketing list for the customers target audience. This approach has been implemented by Consumer Contacts, in order to increase our own target audience and welcome any overwhelmed, alienated or inexperienced businesses.
CTI main objective was to provide a simple, one stop online e-commerce solution which in turn allows all businesses to compete on an even level when building and purchasing a marketing list. This is demonstrated through the site allowing ongoing, pre-planning, pre-costing and full editing of marketing lists. An obvious advantage of this approach is how it ensures the customer feels secure and free from time constraints before making a decision, as the Consumer Contacts system offers maximum flexibility & efficiency.
The Consumer Contacts site has been carefully developed to integrate all parts of day to day business, enabling the following processes to be carried out in a much simpler way; managing customers, browsing counts and viewing purchases. This has streamlined the company by saving on administrative costs, human resources and time consuming exercises that previously decreased profitability.
The online system provides list counts & list supply to be performed instantaneously. The increased speed, only available from an online source, not only greatly benefits the company by amplifying business, but enables the customers to improve their business process. The site provides mailing and telemarketing lists in a profiled format while also allowing the users to ensure their previous data is legal by providing mps/tps screening to take place. The system provides online and offline payments and for users to have retainers to ensure the process of acquiring data is quick and responsive. Data is automatically de-duped against previous purchases stored online for a set period of time resulting in a cost effective solution for the client.
